Create a New Feedback Post

Create a new feedback post within the workspace. Provide the author in one of three ways: author_id (UUID of an existing workspace user from GET workspace/users/), author_email (look up or create user by email; optional author_name for new users), or author_name only (creates a new workspace user with that name).
